This Summer, we’re launching The 'Big Sis Circle' - an initiative supported by Amplify London, a partnership between The London Music Fund & YouTube Music.
This programme is for young women aged 18-25 and offers individuals meaningful mentorship and the chance for aspiring Music Executives & emerging Artists & Producers hands-on experience of releasing & creating new music.

This year, we’ve partnered with International Women’s Day and produced a special IWD2024 theme song. Created during our recent Power.Of.Women Production Programme songwriting camp at Tileyard, London, “O.T.T (Ours To Take) is an empowering bop!! Produced by multi-talented producer & featured artist Peradise, alongside Sera Bless the track compliments this year’s theme to #InspireInclusion!! FRIDAY 8th MARCH: This International Women’s Day we join Abbey Road: EQUALISE for our special ‘Power.Of.Women in Production' panel. Celebrating a few members of the P.O.W Producer cohort & providing valuable industry advice from our songwriting camp lead and Publisher, Keecia Ellis.
SATURDAY 9th MARCH: We’re collaborating with Three Point Solutions & BAPAM to bring you an empowering well-being workshop for female creatives at The Hearth.
